 Was harfbuzz changed along with (or at a very similar time to) webkit-gtk
 2.0.3, because 2.0.2 +quartz was the last one I was able to build without
 any errors (other than the X11 that is now under a separate ticket).  That
 is to say, I was able to build 2.0.2 +quartz and X11 quick fix, but not
 likewise for 2.0.3; the only thing that I remember seeing different in the
 portfile was harfbuzz changed to harfbuzz-icu.
