 It looks like the `/opt/local/include/sys/types.h` file comes from the
 xnu-headers port:
 {{{
 eric-gallagers-macbook-pro:~ root# port provides
 /opt/local/include/sys/types.h
 /opt/local/include/sys/types.h is provided by: xnu-headers
 }}}
 Try deactivating that, then try cleaning and building again and see if it
 works this time.
