I don't think this is a duplicate bug/ticket although I'm not completely
positive. These might be related but I don't think so.
#37415
#39141
I'm on Mac OS 10.7.5. The upgrade error seems to be related to invalid
flags sent to compiler.
My ports are all up to date except for py27-scipy. It won't upgrade. I
attached the main.log file. Here is the console message:
{{{
---> Building py27-scipy
Error: org.macports.build for port py27-scipy returned: command execution
failed
Please see the log file for port py27-scipy for details:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports
.org_release_ports_python_py-scipy/py27-scipy/main.log
Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1
}}}
'''MY SYSTEM and PORTS'''
{{{
port outdated
The following installed ports are outdated:
py27-scipy 0.11.0_0 < 0.12.0_2
}}}
{{{
port installed python27
The following ports are currently installed:
python27 @2.7.3_0+universal
python27 @2.7.3_1+universal
python27 @2.7.5_0+universal (active)
}}}
I'm not using atlas.
The port for gcc:
{{{
gcc45 @4.5.4_6 (active)
}}}
The following numpy ports are currently installed:
{{{
py27-numpy @1.6.2_1
py27-numpy @1.6.2_2
py27-numpy @1.7.1_0 (active)
}}}
I did a clean:
{{{
sudo port clean py27-scipy
}}}
My current scipy installation appears to be at least partially broken:
more than trivial number of test failures. (attached file)
