 I just installed sundials via the attached Portfile, including a new
 fetch, without trouble. I am not sure why you have this error.

 There are several pdfs in a few subdirectories, and I found that cp -r was
 the simplest way of copying them over. I was not able to make xinstall do
 what I wanted. If you know of an equivalent one-liner using xinstall, I
 would be interested to see it.
