   The library is freely available for “Internal”' use. “Internal” use of
 the library is defined to be use of the library by a person or institution
 for academic, educational, or research purposes under the following
 conditions.

 and

   A commercial licence and conditions for “commercial” (ie,
 non-“academic”) use of the GALAHAD library or any of its constituent parts
 have to be negotiated separately

 Furthermore, [http://www.galahad.rl.ac.uk/download.html downloading the
 distribution] requires registration.
