problem with /usr/bin/llvm-gcc-4.2 while installing healpy

Hi Ben,

The immediate problem is here:

:info:build i686-apple-darwin11-llvm-gcc-4.2: healpy/src/_query_disc.c: No
such file or directory

This is puzzling, because the healpy package has no source file called healpy/src/_query_disc.c. It does have a source file called healpy/src/_query_disc.cpp.

Would you please check that you have no outdated ports (particularly python27, and if you have it installed, py27-cython)? Then, in order to obtain the complete build log, please run:

$ sudo port clean py27-healpy
$ sudo port install py27-healpy

and then send me the log file.
