Similar to ticket #39013 - following steps to resolve from that ticket do
not resolve the issue (sudo port clean --all php5; sudo port self update).
This is with Macports base version 2.1.3 on OS X 10.8.4 and Xcode 4.6.2
Originally found as part of sudo port install mediawiki
