 There is no download problem. The 404s are produced during the
 archivefetch phase; this just means that we don’t have any binary archives
 for your particular selection of
 port+version+revision+variants+OS+architecture. If we don’t have a binary
 archive, MacPorts should proceed to fetch the source distribution,
 configure, and build. Which your log indicates is happening.

 The subsequent failure is #39177.
