 The config.log shows the problem:

 Launch of "lipo" failed: the PowerPC architecture is no longer supported.

 Somehow, you've managed to install an old PowerPC version of
 /usr/bin/lipo. Reinstalling the command line tools should fix that and
 replace it with the current Intel version. I don't know if one can
 reinstall the command line tools from within Xcode's Preferences window,
 so you might try downloading the standalone installer for the April 2013
 Command Line Tools for Lion from http://connect.apple.com .
