Comment:

 Have committed a patch in r107091 to disable libbluray support on Tiger
 and earlier OS X versions making ffmpeg and ffmpeg-devel usable.  Leaving
 the ticket open and referring it to libbluray maintainer to deal with the
 underlying cause.
