 Actually I found out there's a Fink package for this that we could work
 from:
 http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/fink/dists/10.4/stable/main/finkinfo/libs/pythonmods
 /pylibacl-py.info?view=markup

 They apply the following patch to `setup.py`:
 http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/fink/dists/10.4/stable/main/finkinfo/libs/pythonmods
 /pylibacl-py.patch?revision=1.1&view=markup
