 The command "man" incorrectly displays the Russian locale for example,
 nmap and mc manuals.[[BR]]
 The files /opt/local/share/man/ru/man1/mc.1 and
 /opt/local/share/man/ru/man1/nmap.1 looks good.[[BR]]
