Same problem with -universal.

The buildbots are running MacPorts 2.1.x not trunk.

No change if I disable the use of ccache.
I am however using MacPorts trunk, which no longer overlinks libraries,
and all my ports are built this way. I think this means that yelp uses
libgthread, but has forgotten to add `-lgthread-2.0` to the LDFLAGS.
The attached patch allows the port to build.
