 That all looks fine, and successful to me (since the right one was
 'accepted'). That is just checking the various conditions, I don't think
 those are errors or warnings. If the MPI_Init part failed in configure
 again, please look for the relevant part in config.log (i.e. what I put up
 above), or attach the whole thing.
