 With oracle-instantclient 11.2.0.3.0, these ports fail to build:

  * soci: https://github.com/SOCI/soci/issues/89
  * TOra: https://sourceforge.net/p/tora/bugs/867/

 These ports succeed:

  * libzdb-oracle
  * ocilib
  * php5-oracle, php53-oracle, php54-oracle, php55-oracle, php52 +oracle
  * qore-oracle-module
