 The new apbs release builds with cmake-only and no longer requires a
 fortran compiler so that the dependency on gcc45 can be removed.[[BR]]
 The attached Portfile.diff builds apbs 1.4.0 with cmake and uses the
 proposed maloc package to avoid broken cmake build of the maloc[[BR]]
 bundled in apbs.
