 Host is a MacBook Pro 15" retina mid-2012: 2.6 GHz Intel 4-Core i7; 8 GB
 DRAM. Using latest port from SVN trunk. Will attach build log. Nothing in
 Boost's bug tracker that I can find; not sure if this is a MacPorts or
 Boost issue.
