 This modification was prompted by a recent comments on scikit-learn-
 general mail list:
 http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=30595200

 No change in results of 1598 unit tests and doctests after moving site-
 packages/scikits and reinstalling without py-scikits-module dependency.

 Also updates long description to correct package name and spelling errors
