 Also, for searching purposes and name compatibility (scikit-learn on PyPI
 and scikit-learn rpms/debs) package will be moved to py-scikit-learn (see
 #36021), as done with py-scikit{s}-image in r104035.
 So, official scikit-learn docs must be adjusted accordingly.
