Comment:

 Yes, the amarok-devel port is quite old, installing software dated
 2009-09-27. It needs to be updated to a current development version, or
 marked as replaced_by amarok once that is updated to 2.7.0. I tried
 updating amarok-devel to the latest development version and ran into other
 problems. If I have time I'll look at it again, or attach my work in
 progress here.
