 couchdb-devel cleaned up in r104096.  couchdb patch attached.  cal, I saw
 you recently did some cleanup in r104124 but I'd like the two to match as
 closely as possible.  OCD I guess.

 There shouldn't be anything here that would have an effect on the build,
 so skipping a revbump.
