looking in the source briefly, I don't think that archive/package
downloads are any different. If you interrupt the download, when you try
again, it'll delete the partial download and start again from the
beginning.
I thought that was the case, though looking through the code it does not
seem to be so. My bad.
Seems wise to use the "-d" flag to see where the hang is, what's going on
during it. Is the download just not happening? Or, is port actually
hanging somehow? Is this still an issue for the OP?
