 That version of clang came with an older version of Xcode. Please update
 it by opening Xcode and going to the Preferences window, to the Downloads
 section, and clicking the appropriate button.

 I was talking about building virtualbox 4.2.8 with MacPorts, which I can
 see from your new attachment still didn't build right. After updating the
 Xcode command line tools as above, please clean virtualbox and try again.
