 To decide if we can provide binary packages for a particular port is
 necessary that the portfile indicates the license.

 See the attached patch.

 Don't know if it possible for relax to have an exception for OpenSSL, but
 with
 {{{
 license             {GPL-3 OpenSSLException}
 }}}
 and license information added to pymol (see #38532) relax binaries would
 be distributable.
