 Fuse4x has merged with OSXFuse

 In the future, there will only be [http://osxfuse.github.com/ OSXFuse],
 according to the developer. At some point, the fuse4x ports need to be
 updated and renamed accordingly. Maybe made into a stub like MacFuse -->
 Fuse4X.
