 This is an update to the EGSimulation to, in part, respond to reviewers
 request at the Journal of Urban Economics.

 New Features:

 * You can use Françoise Maurel and Béatrice Sédillot (1999)'s
 specification for both G and gamma [--maurel]
 * More output options

 I've attached both a diff file and a complete new portfile.
