 Well I had been inspired to try to build a Darwin 8 kernel by reading Amit
 Singh's [http://osxbook.com Mac OS X Internals], and building a Darwin 8
 kernel requires the `relpath` and `decomment` tools that had been included
 in the kernel-tools port. However, as of r104645, it looks like they're
 now included in the bootstrap_cmds port instead, so I guess that makes up
 for it...
