 None of the files for the state charts have their documentation either.
 Check for instance:
   * file:///opt/local/share/doc/boost/libs/msm/doc/HTML/ch02s02.html (for
 Boost.MSM)
   * file:///opt/local/share/doc/boost/libs/statechart/doc/tutorial.html
 (for Boost.StateChart)
 I don't see any answer to my bug report, is someone checking this issue?
