 My apologies on the files. I did not take the requisite time to
 familiarize myself with ticket filing conventions.

 Regarding my non-root version, yes, that is intentional (it is a user
 install on a machine on which I do not have root privileges).

 But yes, it appears that it is happening irrespective of whether root
 privileges are available.
