 On the [[https://build.macports.org/builders/buildports-snowleopard-
 x86_64/builds/17197/steps/compile/logs/stdio|buildbot]], I noticed that
 matplotlib does not build. I think that matplotlib needs a build
 dependency on {{{pkgconfig}}}:
