 I have written a patch that replaces the link with libatlas.a by a link
 with lib[ts]atlas.dylib, which is fine. *But* it appears OpenMP does not
 work correctly (numpy fails on an Atlas OpenMP call). I have therefore
 disabled OpenMP use in Atlas build. I am rebuilding Atlas, and if numpy
 works correctly with both patches, I’ll commit them.
