 I did not bump the revision of either port because the bug impacts only
 people compiling Atlas with gcc (not with clang, because clang does not
 support OpenMP yet). A revbump would have caused everyone to recompile.


 Just wait for a few minutes, do a port selfupdate (verify that you have
 r105864) and then rebuild both ports (force a desinstall then reinstall).
