 xml2 should be updated from 0.4 to 0.5. With this version, xml2 uses
 libxml2 instead of libxml.

 The license should be indicated. It appears to be GPL-2+.

 The livecheck should also be fixed; it still thinks the latest version is
 0.2.

 The master_sites could be changed to [wiki:howto/AvoidRedirects avoid
 redirects].

 The attached patch makes these changes. It builds fine for me on Mountain
 Lion. If you have no objections, I can commit it.
