Comment:

 glpk has been downgraded to 4.48 in r106046.

 So that MacPorts will automatically clean ppl and try again, I've made an
 inconsequential change to ppl (whitespace changes) in r106047.

 Someone should please report the ppl build problem with glpk 4.49 to the
 developers of ppl so that they can begin work on fixing it so that we can
 eventually upgrade glpk again.
