 Another problem since upgrading to squid3.  The child process crashes and
 restarts with the following messages.

 May 19 20:49:40 squidm squid[80683]: assertion failed:
 store_swapout.cc:307: "mem->swapout.sio == self"

 Crash report is attached.  I searched the web for similar problem reports,
 but none had any solutions or explanation of what is happening.
