 See http://bugs.python.org/issue18050.  I believe that vim embeds a static
 version of the Python interpreter.  If that version is Python 2.7.3 or
 earlier 2.7 and if the MacPorts Python 2.7 is upgraded to 2.7.4 or .5, you
 will run into this problem.  The forced rebuild of vim with a current
 Python 2.7.5 installed *should* fix the problem.
