 I got an internal error when compiling a C++ program. This generally
 happens when I call vector<T>::emplace_back with more arguments than
 required in T's constructor. gcc4.6 will tell me this, but gcc4.7 will
 throw an internal compiler error:
 "Internal compiler error: Error reporting routines re-entered."
