Comment:

 The ffmpeg plugin has been disabled in current OpenSceneGraph 3.0.1
 allowing the port to build without ffmpeg support.
 See #38167 for the current failure mode.

 The problem has been fixed upstream in OpenSceneGraph-devel 3.1.7.  Use
 the +ffmpeg variant to enable this support.
