 {{{llvm-3.1 is not supported on Mavericks}}}

 Use llvm-3.3 on OS X 10.9 Mavericks instead. Your use of `port upgrade
 outdated` also suggests that you did not follow the [wiki:Migration
 migrations instructions] after upgrading your OS to new a major version.
