 Hi all,

 Octave 3.8 is due to be released very soon so we are working
 to test and improve the way it works on OSX.

 I thought I'd post the Portfile I am using to do the test builds here,
 so it might be useful when preparing the actual port once 3.8 is out.

 Currently I do not have access to Mavericks so testing on Mavericks is
 particularly welcome.

 Currently the attached patch is also required to work around a problem
 with
 qscintilla that causes a crash when syntax highlighting
