 I have uninstalled boost library and reinstalled and it still failed (I
 installed gnuradio, not gnuradio-devel). I to was failing on a lot of the
 dependencies, but after fulling removing macports, updating to mavericks
 version of ports and then re-installing I was able to build all the
 dependencies. GNURadio

 I don't believe it is a problem with boost.
