Comment:

 The links you put in the description are to the lcdf-typetools project.
 The lcdf-typetools port is already marked as GPL-2+ since r76878.

 The t1utils port is separate. Based on the contents of the t1utils 1.37
 distfile, it does not appear to be under the GPL.
