 The same or a similar issue was probably happening before Mavericks, or
 you wouldn't still be at MacPorts 1.9.2.

 If there is no
 `/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/base/config.log`,
 please run sudo port -d selfupdate again and check again. The step that
 failed should have created this file in this directory.

 If that doesn't help either, run
