 No, the problem is configure couldn't write config.log because of a
 permission problem. Solution is to add sudo at the right place. Use:

 env PATH=/bin:/usr/bin CC=/usr/bin/llvm-gcc-4.2 ./configure
 --prefix=/opt/local --with-tclpackage=/Library/Tcl --with-install-

 readline
