Comment:

 It builds fine for me on Mavericks. But all three buildbots (Snow Leopard,
 Lion, Mountain Lion) also failed to build rcs just now, with the same
 error that you have in your log. It looks to me like it's having problems
 with a texinfo file. But on my system it builds fine whether or not I have
 the texinfo port installed. When I don't, I assume it uses
 /usr/bin/makeinfo instead.

 A new version of rcs is out. I'll try updating the port to that version
 and see what happens.
