 I am unable to reproduce this issue on OS X 10.9 Mavericks using bash
 @4.2.45_2. I tried using ssh, unsetting `LC_ALL` and `LANG` before,
 avoiding `SendEnv` and more. Please provide more specific instructions for
 reproduction.

 Do you define any custom function for `command_not_found_handle` in your
 .bashrc? Can you reproduce the bug without your
 .bashrc/.bash_profile/.profile?
