 There is no way to use libstdc++; it just will not work in the manner I
 had hoped.

 That said, the issue is that SWIG is not generating C++11 compliant code.
 If I disable SWIG (and, thus GRC), GNU Radio compiles just fine using
 libc++.  I don't know enough about SWIG to be useful in trying to debug
 what it's doing, and they have a lot of tickets open so it does not look
 to me like there's much progress being made to update SWIG to generate
 C++11 compliant code.  Hopefully I'm wrong :)
