 Also note that this isn't an issue unless using g++ -std=c++11.  clang++
 -std=c++11 works fine, and g++ (without -std=c++11) works fine.  While we
 can certainly find a workaround for this in the system headers, what
 you're trying to do is not really a supported configuration.
