New description:

 I thought I had installed the GDL successfully.
 {{{
 sudo port installed

 sudo port install gdl

 shows

   gdl @2.30.1_4 (active)

 --->  Computing dependencies for gdl
 --->  Cleaning gdl
 ---> Scanning binaries for linking errors: 100.0%
 --->  No broken files found
 }}}
 However, when I type gdl at terminal, it shows:
 {{{
 gdl: command not found
 }}}

 What am I missing?

Comment:

 There doesn’t appear to be an executable. I’m not familiar with this
 software, so I don’t know whether there should be one.

 (In the future, please Cc port maintainers when filing tickets [e.g.,
 `port info --maintainers gdl`].)
