 As your log says:

 You have a copy of libid3tag installed in /usr/local, and it was built for
 i386, not x86_64. In general, installing software in /usr/local will cause
 these kinds of problems, which is why we don't support that. Please delete
 what you have in /usr/local, clean madplay, and try again.
